Where the portfolio begins

Meet JTekPlus Payroll Cloud.

Payroll Cloud is the first major development presented under my JTekPlus portfolio. It applies years of hands-on experience to a practical timekeeping and payroll system intended for Philippine business workflows.

The project brings attendance, schedules, biometric integration, payroll computation, deductions, contributions, and employee access into one connected concept. It is under active development and provides a foundation for future JTekPlus projects.

Household Power
Monitoring System.

A small-scale experiment for understanding electricity use at home from one measurement point, with an initial focus on total consumption and a few recognizable household appliances.

Home Lab · Smart Energy · IoT

A practical way to learn where household electricity goes.

The prototype will measure electrical activity near the home's main supply using current and voltage sensors. It will first display total power and estimated cost, then explore whether simple electrical patterns can identify a small set of appliances such as a refrigerator, rice cooker, electric fan, or air conditioner.

05Household dashboardView live, daily, and monthly consumption

Phase 1 · Measure

Build and calibrate a safe prototype that records voltage, current, active power, and accumulated household energy use.

Phase 2 · Understand

Create a simple dashboard for live readings, daily trends, peak usage, and an estimated monthly electricity bill.

Phase 3 · Experiment

Collect labeled samples from a few household appliances and test whether their startup, cycling, and steady-load patterns can be recognized.

First dashboard

  • Current household power
  • Today's energy consumption
  • Daily and weekly history
  • Estimated electricity cost

Starter appliances

  • Refrigerator compressor cycles
  • Rice cooker heating transitions
  • Electric fan's steady load
  • Air-conditioner startup behavior

Known challenges

  • Appliances running at the same time
  • Similar electrical signatures
  • Noise and changing home voltage
  • Safe installation and calibration

Current scope: This is a personal household prototype and learning project. Appliance identification is experimental; tenant billing, commercial deployment, and large-building integrations are outside the initial scope.

Why JTekPlus

Twenty years of learning. One vision for what comes next.

JTekPlus is the culmination of more than 20 years of hands-on knowledge across software development, technical support, server administration, databases, IoT, robotics, embedded systems, automation, and research. It turns that experience into practical products—and creates a platform for continued learning, innovation, and growth.

01

Real operations first

Systems reflect your actual workflow—not generic assumptions.

02

Direct communication

Work directly with the developer responsible for your solution.

03

Integration focused

Connect software, hardware, databases, and existing platforms.

04

Scalable by design

Start with what matters now and expand when you are ready.

05

Customizable

Test & improve

Validate scenarios, document results, and refine each project as the portfolio develops.

Payroll Cloud early access

Be one of the first to use it.

I am inviting a small group of companies to try JTekPlus Payroll Cloud while the product continues to develop. Early participants can use the system in real operations, share feedback, and help shape practical improvements.

Early access is limited to the first 10 eligible companies. To join the queue, send your intent through the contact form and select Payroll Early Access.

Send your intent
  • Your own private workspace
Each subscribing company receives its own JTekPlus subdomain.
  • Your own separate database
Your company data is isolated and is not stored in a shared customer database.
  • Up to 10 employee accounts
The early-access limit applies to enrolled employees.
  • Management accounts excluded
Administrator, HR, and owner accounts do not count toward the 10-employee limit.
  • Feedback-first early access
Only the first 10 eligible companies will be accepted.
Privacy & early-access commitment

Built to demonstrate useful technology—not to collect personal information for unrelated purposes.

Payroll systems necessarily process employee and company information to perform their intended functions. That information will be treated as operational data: used only to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the Payroll Cloud experience for the participating workspace.

Expect no advertising inside the system. Data will not be sold, rented, shared for advertising, or repurposed for unrelated marketing. Feedback and system ratings may be reviewed to guide improvements, but operational payroll data will not be used as a substitute for feedback.

No ads or data resaleNo advertising profiles and no sale or rental of participant data.
Feedback is valuableAt this stage, the most valuable contribution is honest feedback and a fair system rating.
Low-cost subscription laterA very low-cost monthly early-access subscription is planned. Exact pricing and terms will be disclosed before activation.
